Last gatherings on the month of March 2024:
The month of March 24 was a busy month this year. We had an evening event, and a sausage sizzler on Sunday. It was such fun month for the CMP community.
The evening event, Felipe Oliveira (Seasoned Life Coach, Trauma Specialist, Registered Counsellor & Founder of Counselling Men Project) shared the most important premisses to connect with our inner power. In order to illustrate that, he illustrated with the best Brazilian Soap Opera (novela): Pantanal. We reflect about important points on how to live a life worthy living at its best.
Then, on Sunday, another group of amazing people got together to cook sausages for such noble and important cause.
Counselling Men Project is fully grateful to have such team behind working harder to make good things to happen. We end up raising about 15 sessions in total for the most men in needed. Well done!
Last gathering held last October:
Above was our last event of 2023. We spent an nice and enjoyable evening learning about how to live a life like Brazilians.
It was such wise and enlightening event where we learn about how live with the lover energy - this one is highly predominant on Brazilian culture. Felipe Oliveira taught about the major musicians that influenced the whole world with his songs.
We ended up raising nearly 17 sessions to help men to live a life worthy living. What a great generosity to all of our donations. Thank you guys.

Past Movie night:
During the Mental Health Week in October, Counselling Men Project showed the movie 'Facing Monsters'.
It's movie about the West Australian ‘slab wave’ surfer Kerby Brown, a man whose connection with the ocean runs as deep as his love for his family. This film is far more than just a surfing story. It’s an unapologetic musing into the essence of Kerby and his family as we join them on his quest to ride a ferocious slab wave in the deep southern ocean that no one on the planet has surfed before. It’s a film about fear, addictions, and family bonds as we explore what drives Kerby, what anchors him, and why he’s obsessed with pitting himself against one of nature’s most intimidating forces.
It is a story of courage, passion and danger. Relevant strong points in every man's lives.

Past Event during Man's Mental Health week:
During the International Men's Health Week, we put together a Business Networking Event to give a rich talk about being aware of our emotional health while navigate our business life.
Most of business leaders tend to leave their feelings and emotional for last, and that is where the danger lives.
We had a great night where we encourage ourselves to take our inner life with courage and positivity, reminding ourselves that businesses exist for the human beings and not the other way around.
